Weeks 38-39: 9/30/18 – 10/14/18

The past 2 weeks have been pretty slow for me. Diet wise, I have added eating more fruit to it. I eat green apples, bananas, and mandarins almost everyday now. I also switched my breakfast bar to a more healthier option with a vanilla blue berry bar by KIND. The problem is for dinner, I have not been eating healthy. I feel like if I ate better in the evening I would see even better results.

I have not been doing any physical activity at  all. Which I believe is due to me not starting my day off correct. I feel that if I can mentally figure a way to not hit the shower in the morning until I do a solid 10 min workout, it will not only help me body wise but I will also be more affective during the day. I know from experience how changing up a routine can positively affect you. 

I saw a drop in weight but I was not satisfied with my effort. I will continue to keep eating plenty of fruit but switch up what I eat for dinner. Now it is just time to get my mind right and challenge myself to finally get the physically activity down pact.

9/30/18: 276.7 lbs; BMI: 43.9

10/14/18: 275.6 lbs; BMI: 43.8

LOST: 1.1 lbs; BMI: 0.1
