Week 7-8: 2/25/18 – 3/11/18

First off, I apologize for not posting last week. I was away during the weekend and I was unable to take weight pictures due to me rushing to catch the bus. Secondly, I have to admit I had a pretty bad week, 2 weeks ago. I was able to weigh myself and I saw that I was 291.2 lbs. That really put me down, and I really started to question myself on my seriousness on this journey. I really started to feel that I was all talk and no game. I had to buckle down and really ask myself do I really want this.

I felt questioning myself is what I truly needed and I saw the results this past week. I finally started to follow the plan I created for myself 2 weeks ago which was no fast food for dinner during the week. This slight but crucial change to my diet is what I needed. I was proud when I got on the scale and it read 289 lbs showing I lost 2.2 lbs from the week before. It showed me that I can really do this if I just take this more seriously.

Moving forward I felt that this period is exactly what I needed for myself. Doing the bare minimum in changing the way I eat can lead to results. So now it is time to apply pressure, it is time that I not only show you what I can truly do but show myself that if I can dedicate my mind, body, and soul to this I can do something great. Ladies and gentleman, I feel that this is the reawakening of Witness My Journey Into Fitness.

2/25/18: 289.2 lbs BMI: 46.0

3/11/18: 289.0 lbs BMI: 45.9
