This past week I decided to get back into doing physical activity everyday. I began to do that by walking 2 miles everyday. It was not as bad as I thought it would be. It felt completely alright besides walking up hills that is when I started to feel the resistance in my legs. Nonetheless I will continue to this moving forward but make sure I’m running during those times.
Diet wise I was pretty bad this week. Breakfast and lunch I was good. Same old Nutrigrain Bar, banana and whole wheat peanut butter sandwich. I also make sure I drink at least 11 cups of water per day. Dinner I failed because my parents were home for the week and I had to enjoy that home cooking from my mom.
I am now starting to see each week I am either slacking on my diet or slacking in getting physical activity in. This week looking forward I feel I will be good. No scratch that, I KNOW I will do great. That is why I was shocked to find out I gained a pound. It didn’t get me down but more so like it was wrong. I wanted to prove that number on the scale is not me and I know more than ever I want to show I am way better.
