This past week was great for me diet wise. I pretty much end up eating healthy food for breakfast and dinner. Lunch I was still eating chips but I feel I can cut that out moving forward. I didn’t do any physical activity but I felt that my diet was the main source on why I lost. I believe if I can really dig down and get both workouts and diet into a consistent pattern, then I will really be taking charge of this journey.
For the biggest loser, in my final weigh in it showed I lost 7.5 lbs. from the week before. How is that, I have no clue. But I believe that I should take home another biggest individual loser of the week acknowledgement. I am not so sure as far as my team goes. I will find out the contest results later this week.
One thing this challenge taught me was how to be mindful of what and how I eat. I didn’t actually get to do that much physical activity during this whole biggest loser but I was mindful of how I ate and controlled my eating habits. I was not only responsible for myself but also a team. I refused to be the weakest link and I turned out being the best player on the team. This wasn’t for actually winning the event but rather showing I made a commitment to other people that I would put my best foot forward into a promised I made.
