Weeks 27-28: 7/15/18 – 7/29/18

These last 2 weeks I fell back into bad habits. I was not doing my daily pushups and sit-ups. I was not doing my daily workouts and on the weekends I did not start the day by playing basketball. Then add in the fact I was not following my strict diet, I knew I was going to begin to gain weight again. Which is really bad because I can’t remember the last weigh in that showed I gained, probably goes back into May.

Moving forward I feel better going into a new month. It is not like I feel that I can’t do it, that being remaining focused. I feel like the last week of June and the first 2 weeks of July I was on fire but then I fell off. I think it came when I let up just a little, I make excuses to not remain focus and forget to stick to my strict diet and workout regimen. It has always been like this all my life, get a little momentum going and they slip back to my old ways. However, now I have this Journey and  my audience to keep me in check.

I feel like August will be my best month yet. I will first keep up with my daily push-ups and sit-ups. I will vow to  myself that my day won’t begin until I do 30 pushups and 30 Sit ups. Then I will make sure to do an hour of exercises 4-5 times a week. Finally, I will make sure I stay strict to my diet. My plan is to start off Sunday with healthy eating and exercising and keep up with it throughout the week. If I do feel the urge to break, it will be during the middle of the week like Wednesday. I DO NOT plan to have a cheat day every week. Then I plan to remain focused and finish off Saturday with healthy eating and exercising. I will start the week off strong and finish the week off strong. If you have any suggestions for me please feel free to comment.
