It took me a while to get back, but I know for sure I can say that I am back in the zone again. I was very concerned when I kept gaining weight during the last weeks of 2023. I was starting to think I was going to fall off again. But I always stayed consistent. I always made sure I ran in the morning and kept going to the gym at night. Eventually my diet leveled out and I was back to losing fat again.
Now I’m pretty much going to the gym everyday and I have no issue with it. I think now I am fully addicted to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My day pretty much resolves around what exercises I will do during the morning and night. I plan to keep this up going into the summer where I know I will begin to shed fat off even more.
This week I was able to see the difference in muscle definition in my body. That is due to me now intaking in more protein into my diet. I have been pretty much doing only cardio in my workouts for the time being. I am also more conscious of what I eat on my off days as well. Even though I am technically not in a fully committed cutting phase, its nice to see that I am actually bulking up without really have to bulk up in the traditional way.
