The Comeback: Scale No Longer Starts With a 2

For the first time in 12 YEARS, I officially weigh under 200 pounds. I am truly proud of my self and all the hard work I have put in for this past year. I know that everything mattered from my nutrition to the effort I put into my exercises. To the importance I placed on rest and the countless hours soaking up knowledge on fitness and nutrition.

I have 15 pounds to go before I reach my goal but I may want to continue this same plan I am on until the end of the year. That way I will have burned as much fat as I can before I begin my bulking phase. All in all I know there is still much more work to be done.
