Week 14: 4/15/18 – 4/22/18

This week’s post will be short but sweet. It will be short because I really don’t have much to say but sweet in that I was I was able to begin to have fun with this again. The biggest loser challenge surprisingly had me starting to do different things to gain the competitor’s edge. I started to go to the gym at work during lunch. I actually did this before but stopped going. Last week actually marks a year since I was back in the gym and it felt great. I was jumping rope, on the treadmill but mainly used the elliptical machine. Breaking a sweat during lunch is really great compared to sitting down and watching Youtube videos.

For the biggest loser challenge my job weighs me in every Monday. Since I weigh myself every Sunday, I don’t think seeing my weight two days in a row will affect me that much. This week I plan on keeping up with it the routine and then more. I plan on doing more physical activity and getting on an even stricter diet. With everything I done I am proud to say I am the lightest since I started this journey. From now on I plan to keep seeing the number drop week to week.

4/15/18: 286.7 lbs; BMI: 45.6

4/22/18: 285.1 lbs; BMI: 45.3

LOST: 1.6 lbs; BMI: 0.3
