This week was all about consistency. Diet wise, I was good and I am happy to say I did not eat fast food at all. I started to do push ups and sit ups again in the morning. This time around I decided to keep with the model “slow and steady”, so I would do increments of 5 until I done 25 each. This week I plan on doing the same but completing 25 more of each in the evening. If I stay with this I can I see myself doing 100 push ups and 100 sits ups every day in the future. This is very possible but consistency is the key. I did slip up on Saturday taking my off day too lackadaisical. In the future, I will make sure to still stay focused on this day while being a little less strict.
When I weighed in for my job’s the Biggest Loser, I saw I lost 3 lbs. That was also because I wore a sweater and had keys and a wallet in my pocket when I weighed in the first time. Don’t judged me, everyone does that in these challenges. Oddly enough though my team is close to last place. I am pretty sure I lost the most weight so far for my team so all I can do is worry about myself and make sure I contribute to the team’s success.
