This past week I was sick so I did close to none physical activity. I did go to the gym one time, but that was about it. I did not do my daily 50 push-ups and 50 sit-ups. I think I was using me being sick as an excuse to not do any exercises. But I was okay with that as my main focus was to get better rather than risk getting sicker.
I did do well diet wise to make up for doing no exercises. I did well all the way up until the weekend. Oddly enough I still saw a drop in weight not a significant one though. Now I am starting to feel better so I believe I will be able to pick up where I left before. I got to get back into that same groove I was in the week before.
As far as the Biggest Loser challenge at work, this past week I was the biggest loser in my office. It was good to see my hard work was paying off and from the picture I posted below, everyone else in the office was able to recognize it as well. This challenge really got me on the right track and when this challenge is done I am afraid I will lose motivation again. I think I will start setting weekly challenges for myself to keep the same mindset going forward. I am even open to you giving me weekly or monthly challenges as well to keep me determined.
