Weeks 19-20: 5/20/18 – 6/3/18

These past 2 weeks have been pretty tough for me. I fell off badly and I did not get to exercise at all. The Memorial Day Weekend pretty much set me back. Diet wise, I was pretty terrible as well. Moving forward, I feel good that I will get back to the same mindset I had before.
For my job’s Biggest Loser Challenge, I was putting in the effort to get my team ahead of the competition but like I said the Memorial Day weekend set us back. There is only 3 more weigh ins left and I feel that I can what I do to make a big push. I feel I can at least be the Biggest Loser individual wise. For that to happen, I need to focus again and get back on my grind.

5/20/18: 278.4 lbs; BMI: 44.2

6/3/18: 281.1 lbs; BMI: 44.6

GAINED: 2.7 lbs; BMI: 0.4
