This week was my bounce back week. I was able to switch back my diet into being more healthier. This week I ate fast food once. The only problem was that I kept eating chips from the vending machine at work. Next week I plan on staying away from it and sticking to eating just my sandwich and banana for lunch. For dinner this week, I mostly ate salads which paid off a lot especially for the fact I really didn’t work out this week. I worked out once, but then got a little sick again afterwards. I don’t know if I am allergic to my job’s gym but moving forward I will try doing things differently there so I don’t get sick again, especially since the summer is coming up.
For my job’s biggest loser, we are down to 2 more weigh-ins. My team is nearing the top half of teams and it looks like we will not be winning anything. But I still plan on putting in my best effort for this final week. Hopefully I can at least get top individual loser again before the competition ends. This week I plan to workout every day and eat nothing but healthy things (I know what you are thinking, shouldn’t I be doing that anyway). I just want to make one last major push and do all I can to help my team.
I have decided to upgrade my membership for MyNetDiary. I know before I said that I wouldn’t pay the $60 because I thought it was a rip off. But looking back I realized that if maybe I actually shared what I have been eating, it would provide an even bigger in depth look at my journey for my audience. I will also be able to have better access to look at my consumption history. So starting next week I will post my weekly reports on these posts. All in all this was a great week and hopefully I can have even bigger success next week.
