This week was an alright week as I can see from within I am starting to appreciate the changes I have made. The compliments you all give me really do go a long way especially with my mental. I have reached a point where I am exercising even when I really don’t want to. I think that is a result of how focused I am now.
The constant exercising really mattered because I was not on my A game diet wise towards the end of the week. I didn’t pig out but I did eat fast food for dinner for the later half of the week. I believe making sure I ate my fruits and drinking water curbed me gaining weight. I feel like next week I will get back on my grind.
