Week 36: 9/16/18 – 9/23/18

This was the bounce back week and I indeed bounced back. I think a change in mindset got me to flow into the right direction again. Diet wise I was good, I didn’t pig out any time but I felt I made some bad decisions during dinner but I am proud to say I didn’t touch any fast food this week. Also for lunch I didn’t touch the vending machine which I know my wallet thanks me for that as well.

Exercise wise I really didn’t do anything besides stretch in the morning. I got to get back into the flow of doing my daily pushups and sit-ups. I also plan on to start running in the park on the weekends. My schedule prevents me from doing it during the week as when I leave my house in the morning it is dark and when I return home it is dark as well. I will also start to do calisthenics when I get home to get a proper workout in for the days.

Even though, I didn’t get that huge spark coming back, I still feel that I made a step forward into the right direction again. Also regardless a step forward is still progress. I am happy with my results but I am looking forward to see if I can outdo myself this upcoming week.

9/16/18: 282.2 lbs; BMI: 44.8

9/23/18: 281.3 lbs; BMI: 44.7 

LOST: 0.9 lb; BMI: 0.1
