This past week was really good. I didn’t feel so great during the week but the results came in. First off, I only went to the gym once this week. I wasn’t feeling too good in the beginning of the week, I went to do kickboxing on Wednesday and for the rest of the week I was extremely sore. During the weekend my lower back ached really bad so I stayed off my feet a lot. To combat this, I plan on stretching before and after my workouts, like stretching for a good 5 minutes both times.
Being able to go to the gym has boosted my morale. I like going to the gym because there I am able to challenge myself physically and mentally. I am able to push myself to new limits and obtain a goal I didn’t have the confidence before to reach it. I just need to be able to consistently hit the gym, maybe 3-4 times a week to really see the results come in.
Diet wise I felt like I had a bad week. I felt like I was eating unnecessary things especially for dinner. I have been consistent with eating my fruit and a healthy breakfast. However, I need to finish the day strong if I start it off strong. All in all I plan to pick things up next week. My gym has a 21 day challenge, I plan on signing up for that and hopefully I can do great in it.
