It feels like it has been FOREVER since I made a blog post. For the past 2 years I have consistently been going to the gym, hell I’ve been going everyday. I think I took some time off for one, to see if I can still go to the gym without the extra motivation of showing off to people about my progress, and two I think I was feeling a little burnt out from the blog posts.
I have not been quiet these past 2 years though. I was featured in International Business Times and Business Insider. I have created contests as well as a community for people who are looking to take their health seriously. I even created workout monthly challenges for the people.
I am proud to say that I have not missed a step, athletic wise. For example, I have participated in 2 Spartan Races. Both times challenged me as an athlete and as a person. I was able to compete with the top athletes of all age groups. I felt real proud of myself afterwards.
Body wise, I have sort of been up and down. I can say I am stronger, faster and even more resilient, that will happen when you consistently go to the gym everyday. I’ve have been bulking like crazy at the gym so having muscles wont be an issue. The problem is I have dropped the ball in guiding myself diet wise. I almost forgot my number one rule of the diet being the most important aspect in my health.
With an added motivation from a body transformation challenge at my new gym, I can proudly say that I’M BACK to showing off my progress Bi-weekly. Be on the lookout for more events and merchandise on the way.
