These past 2 weeks I have upped my workouts. But yesterday I ate real good at Applebee’s and felt that I lost all of my progress. It is tricky as one day can ruin 2 weeks of hard work. I have to remember that everything I do counts and that I have to be consistent through and through.
But I do have to remember that the scale does not account for everything. I can not become obsessed with the numbers I see on the scale. If I do then I will never truly appreciate all of the progress I make for my entire body.
