The Bulkture: Keep Calm, The Results Will Show

This has been an interesting 2 months for me. I first started off amazing, but then it seems like I immediately plateaued. It was if I was trying every trick in the book to lose weight but nothing was working for me.

Then within the past 2 weeks I started feeling my stride. I felt myself getting lighter. I felt my clothes getting looser but more importantly I felt more athletic. I think the one thing that made a huge difference was limiting the amount of carbs I ate especially after the gym. When I was able to control that, that is when I saw big changes in my body.

Another thing that probably played a role was the weather. It seems like Spring finally wanted to arrive. With warmer weather, it allows me to be outside more to do more running. With this next month coming up I plan on adding running to my daily routine. Running will allow my body fat to burn as well as allow me to get back to being at peak stamina.
